Linkshell Management

Chroma is a structured european endgame Linkshell with the following management:

Leader
- Blaize

Council
- Alkimi
- Basara
- Confuse
- Jem

The Council's task is to take care of the Shell in every way. That means that the Council has the power of decision ingame and in the Forums as well as wherever Chroma will be represented. The main tasks of the Council are to talk to members when problems arise, whatever kind of problems these may be, to organize and lead events, to enforce the rules of Chroma and to make this linkshell a really nice place to enjoy endgame activities.

The Linkshell Leader will stand above the Council at all times to have the power of decision in very critical situations. However, normally ALL problems and decisions will be discussed with the Council. There will be no abuse of power in Chroma. All conflicts and distribution of items as well as the acceptance and removal of Linkshell members will be decided by the Leader AND the Council.
